The Hero Tutor Program is an initiative that aims to increase the understanding of lecture material for students of the S1 Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga through additional classes guided by students who have successfully completed related courses. In this program, the men are chosen from students who have a deep understanding of the curriculum and demands of each course. Sentorors are expected to be an effective guide, helping their colleagues understand critical concepts that are often a challenge.
The main purpose of the Hero tutor program is to increase the understanding of the material, so students have a strong basis of knowledge when facing tests. In addition, this program also aims to improve the ability of students to take the exam by providing additional insights, workmanship strategies, and in -depth understanding of the types of questions that may arise in the exam.

This additional class is scheduled before the examination period, giving students enough time to prepare themselves well. Thus, it is expected that the level of self -confidence and students' readiness in facing exams can be improved. In addition to individual aspects, this program also seeks to strengthen collaboration between students. Interaction in additional classes is expected to create a supporting learning environment, where students can share knowledge and experience.
Through a hero tutor, not only students will benefit, but also the staff. This program provides an opportunity for them to develop teaching and leadership skills, as well as enrich their own understanding through the learning process together. Thus, the Hero Tutor is not only a means to increase academic understanding, but also to build a learning community that supports each other among students.
