Tutor Hero Program

The Tutor Hero Program is an initiative that aims to improve understanding of lecture material for students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga through additional classes guided by students who have successfully completed the related courses. In this program, tutors are selected from among students who have a deep understanding of the curriculum and the demands of each course. Tutors are expected to be effective guides, helping their colleagues understand critical concepts that are often a challenge.
The main goal of the Tutor Hero program is to improve understanding of the material, so that students have a strong knowledge base when facing exams. Apart from that, this program also aims to improve students' ability to take exams by providing additional insight, working strategies, and an in-depth understanding of the types of questions that may appear on the exam.

These additional classes are scheduled before the exam period, giving students enough time to prepare well. In this way, it is hoped that students' level of confidence and readiness in facing exams can be increased. Apart from the individual aspect, this program also seeks to strengthen collaboration between students. Interaction in additional classes is expected to create a supportive learning environment, where students can share knowledge and experiences with each other.
Through Tutor Hero, not only students will benefit, but also tutors. This program provides opportunities for them to develop teaching and leadership skills, while enriching their own understanding through a shared learning process. In this way, Tutor Hero is not only a means to improve academic understanding, but also to build a mutually supportive learning community among students.
