Management Drill is one of the programs organized by the Knowledge Department of HIMA S1 Management, Universitas Airlangga in the form of sharing sessions and training regarding competitive experiences with a three-hour implementation period with achievement talks and sharing sessions on the first day followed by mentoring and in-depth discussion of topics on the next day. This year's Drill Management discussion focuses on preparing students to take part in business plan and business case competitions at national and international levels.
This year, Drill Management supports the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which support sustainable development. The SDGs aspect covered in Management Drill 2023 is the 4th aspect, namely Quality Education. Drill Management activities focus on educational programs for all Universitas Airlangga students without exception. The series of events includes webinars, sharing sessions and assignments. It is hoped that the 4th SDGs aspect will be able to improve the quality of education and skills of all Universitas Airlangga students.
