In 2023, HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga will hold a "Meet Up Alumni" event for active students of the Bachelor of Management study program Universitas Airlangga . The Alumni Meet Up event aims to increase motivation and job outlook for Bachelor of Management students Universitas Airlangga as well as establishing friendship between students and alumni. This year, the Alumni Meet Up will have the theme "Plan your career: Passion or Salary" which will discuss how alumni can determine their career choices when entering the career world. The 2023 Alumni Meet Up event invited 2 resource persons who were in line with the theme being raised so that they were expected to be able to share their experiences on how to choose the right career with Bachelor of Management students Universitas Airlangga who are pursuing the world of education.
The 2023 Alumni Meet Up is related to SDGs number 4, namely quality education. Apart from being agents of change, the younger generation must also be able to become agents of producers who are able to create real change. Therefore, students must have views and plans to achieve their future goals, especially the career path they will be aiming for in order to make a change for the better. With alumni who have been successful in their respective fields, this proves that a quality generation has been born from the Bachelor of Management Study Program Universitas Airlangga . Therefore, the 2023 Alumni Meet Up will invite two Bachelor of Management alumni Universitas Airlangga who have been successful in their fields to provide a learning platform and opportunity for students who will follow in the alumni's footsteps to become a quality generation from Universitas Airlangga Bachelor of Management and be able to achieve success. which are desired. This event will be held on Friday, March 10 2023 at 18.00 WIB in the Fadjar Notonegoro KRT Hall.
The speakers at the 2023 Alumni Meet Up were Early Antarest and Dewi Indah Setyorini. The first speaker of the 2023 Alumni Meet Up, Early Antarest, is a graduate of the 2012 Universitas Airlangga Management Study Program who is currently working at PT. DayaLima Abisatya as Client Account Manager. Early Antarest also has various achievements, starting from High achiever nomination successfully running project expansion for east Indonesia Branch and Employer Branding (English First) in 2017 and High Achiever Local Consultant Publishing and Finishing Project Expansion (EAWG) in 2019.
The second speaker for the 2023 Alumni Meet Up, Dewi Indah Setyorini, is an alumni of the 2011 Bachelor of Management program Universitas Airlangga who is the owner of Chili Mie Noodle Bar and serves as Chief operating office at Pawon Cabe Resto. Chilli Mie Noodle Bar is a business that operates in the food and beverage sector and provides a variety of noodle menus at affordable prices. This restaurant is located in Gresik, precisely Jalan Kalimantan 163 GKB, Gresik and is open from 10.00-22.00 WIB.
