Hima Economics Development Universitas Airlangga held a Personal Branding Mastery activity. Personal Branding Mastery is a work program that aims to maximize student resources and improve personal branding skills for active students in the Development Economics Department that will be facilitated by the Department of Development of Student Resources in order to remind how an organization plays an important role in building personal branding.
In this Personal Branding Mastery 2024, the discussion will run with the panel method, where the topic will be discussed by the speaker with the moderator guided. The purpose of using this panel discussion is to provide a mass thinking stimulation of the audience with the question and answer between the speakers and the speaker- Universitas Airlangga .
The event organized by Hima EP aims to support the achievement of SDGs 4, 8, and 17. This seminar focuses on the development of personal branding, interpersonal skills, leadership, and critical thinking, which not only helps build personal brands, but also the foundation for personal and professional success. This event also helped increase educational accessibility (SDGs 4) and support decent work and economic growth (SDGs 8) through training and skills development. In addition, collaboration with personal branding experts supports partnerships for sustainable development (SDGs 17). Thus, "Personal Branding Mastery" not only prepares students for future careers, but also helps create an educational environment that supports the achievement of more sustainable and inclusive SDGs.
Personal Branding Mastery was held on May 4, 2024 located in the Soepoyo Hall, FEB Building, Universitas Airlangga . The indicator of the success of this Personal Branding Mastery is 60 development economics students participating in activities. Through this activity, it is hoped that all Economic Students Universitas Airlangga can attend this event, and can take messages and experiences delivered by the speaker through a series of activities.
