mastery feb unairHIMA Economic Development Universitas Airlangga held a Personal Branding Mastery activity. Personal Branding Mastery is a work program that aims to maximize student resources and improve personal branding skills for active students majoring in Development Economics which will be facilitated by the Department of Student Resource Development in order to remind people how important organizations play in building personal branding.
At Personal Branding Mastery 2024, the discussion will run using a panel method, where the topic will be discussed by the presenters guided by the moderator. The aim of using this panel discussion is to provide a mass thinking stimulus to the audience by providing questions and answers between the presenters-moderator and the presenters-audience The target of this activity is all active Development Economics students Universitas Airlangga .

The event organized by HIMA EP aims to support the achievement of SDGs 4, 8, and 17. This seminar focuses on developing personal branding, interpersonal skills, leadership, and critical thinking, which not only help build a personal brand, but also the foundation for personal success and professional. The event also helps improve educational accessibility (SDGs 4) and supports decent work and economic growth (SDGs 8) through training and skills development. In addition, collaboration with personal branding experts supports partnerships for sustainable development (SDGs 17). Thus, "Personal Branding Mastery" not only prepares students for future careers, but also helps create an educational environment that supports a more sustainable and inclusive achievement of the SDGs.
Personal Branding Mastery will be held on May 4 2024, located in the Soepoyo hall, FEB building, Universitas Airlangga . An indicator of the success of this Personal Branding Mastery is that 60 Development Economics students took part in the activity. Through this activity, it is hoped that all Development Economics students Universitas Airlangga can attend this event, and can take away the messages and experiences conveyed by the presenters through a series of activities.
