ECW (Entrepreneurship and Career Workshop) is one of the largest annual work programs of the Universitas Airlangga , specifically by the Department of Entrepreneurship, which accommodates students in particular in preparing themselves to become entrepreneurs or competent workers by holding talk shows, career workshops and people's bazaars.
This year, ECW carries the theme Rocketship Goes by U, which means ECW is a forum for the young generation to face the world of careers. This event was held in one offline meeting at the Surabaya Youth Hall Building on October 28 2023, inviting Entrepreneurship Talkshow speakers Delta Hesti (handmadeshoesby owner) and Jesica Ceren (Influencer/Celebgram), as well as Career Workshop speaker Andreas Agung (Digital Marketing Expert)
