ECOVARE 2021 is a program of the Department of Social, Community, and Environmental Affairs (SOSMAL) of the Development Economics Student Association (HIMA EP) of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga . It consists of two agendas: Serbung (One Hundred Packets) and Simpletalk (Psychology Implementation Talk). These are intended for the entire academic community of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.

Simpletalk is a webinar event organized by the Department of Social, Community, and Environment of the Development Economics Student Association Universitas Airlangga It will be held to commemorate World Mental Health Day, which is on October 10, 2021. This year, Simpletalk will carry the theme Toxic Positivity with a series of events consisting of webinars and sharing sessions.

Toxic positivity is a positive attitude or statement that actually has a negative impact. It can be caused by others around us or even ourselves, a situation that is still rarely recognized by many. The impact of toxic positivity is not trivial, as many people still fail to understand the toxic behavior they experience. 

Toxic positivity can occur because people struggling only want to be understood by those around them, but others don't understand how to express encouragement with the right attitude and words. However, many people still give themselves toxic behavior, always feeling good even when they're really feeling very bad. 

Therefore, the Simpletalk Webinar and sharing session that will be held to commemorate World Mental Health Day will provide a platform to increase awareness and concern of students and the general public in avoiding Toxic Positivity behavior in everyday life.
