DESIGN TUTORIAL (TURDES) 2022: The Importance of Graphic Design in Online Shop Branding
TURDES (Design Tutorial) is a work program organized by the Medkominfo Bureau with the aim of improving students' soft skills in critical thinking through ideas which are then applied to graphic design. The scale of this activity is at the national level. The implementation of the TURDES work program was carried out twice, for the first TURDES it was held on June 4 2022 and June 11 2022 as the peak of the event which was carried out online, while TURDES 2 was held on 24 September 2022 and October 1 2022 which at the peak of the event was carried out offline.
At the peak of the event the participants will do a tutorial by bringing in a resource person, namely Faidol Mubarok, a graphic designer. The target of the participants in the TURDES work program is in the realm of Islamic Economics Unair residents and also specifically TURDES 2 participants from new Islamic economics students in 2022. In the TURDES work program This activity does not charge fees from participants or is free. This event is related to SDGs number 4, namely Quality Education because in this event the participants will gain design knowledge which of course is very much needed nowadays, both for design in a product or platform, in this activity it is hoped that participants can apply this knowledge in graphic design. The theme program carried out at TURDES this time is "The Importance of Graphic Design in Online Shop Branding".
