Accounting Cup (A-CUP) is an Arts and Sports Competition within the internal scope of undergraduate students majoring in Accounting Universitas Airlangga. The aim of A-CUP is to strengthen the sense of kinship and ties between AKS1 residents. Apart from that, A-CUP is a forum for channeling the hidden interests and talents of AKS1 residents, and channeling feelings of tournament euphoria for residents who have never experienced it. A-CUP is also a sporting event that is eagerly awaited every year. Apart from that, A-CUP is also a door for AKS1 residents who want to take part in other competitions such as the Dean Cup and Rector Cup.
This A-Cup activity is also in harmony with SDGs points number 3, namely "Ensuring Health and Welfare for Everyone for All Age" especially S1 Accounting Students Universitas Airlangga. One way to achieve this goal is through sports activities. Sports competitions can be an effective tool to promote health and prosperity, while supporting the achievement of SDG 3.
The essence of this activity is to create a sense of kinship and close togetherness, while fostering a healthy competitive spirit. The family that is woven is not just a relationship, but a strong bond that 'embraces' each individual, ensuring that each member feels a part of something bigger. In this year, A-Cup not only continued the existing traditions and values, but also to turn on the enthusiasm and potential in each participant. By following the established operational standards, this togetherness is maintained in a sporty and fair frame, ensuring that every match and interaction takes place in an atmosphere that is full of respect and justice.
The theme that we carry for this year's A-Cup is, "Super Mario's Spirit". With this theme, it is expected that participants will not only compete or compete, but also make this event more colorful by building stronger bonds, finding and developing their talents and potential, and fostering a spiritual spirit, togetherness and persistence in increasing their potential.
