In order to strengthen connections between members and create a sense of togetherness, KSPM UNAIR initiated Upgrading activities which aim to increase closeness between members. This Upgrading activity is specifically designed to focus on developing teamwork through various group missions. Each mission has been prepared to build effective communication, strengthen coordination, and hone problem-solving skills in the group. Apart from being a place for intellectual development, this activity is also an opportunity for members to get to know each other more deeply, share stories, experiences and aspirations which will help build stronger solidarity among fellow members. With the KSPM UNAIR Upgrading activity, it is hoped that each member can grow into an individual who not only has in-depth knowledge of the capital market, but also has a compact and solid relationship with his colleagues.
This activity is a concrete manifestation of the contribution of KSPM FEB Unair in supporting the achievement of SDGs number 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. With high hopes, we strive to form a generation that not only understands capital markets, but is also ready to contribute to sustainable economic development.
