The SOBAT BEM activity is an internship activity held for all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga in 2020 and 2021. This series of activities begins with open recruitment where students who register will take part in a series of selections in the form of psychological tests and interviews which are divided into different schedules according to departments and bureaus. . BEM FRIENDS who successfully pass the selection stage until the end will take part in the welcoming party as a sign of being part of BEM FEB UNAIR 2022
