Visit Department Minutes – Public Relations Bureau BEM FKG UI

A few days ago, on Wednesday 7 April 2021, an event was held from the external relations department of BEM FEB, namely the Visit Department. The Department Visit is part of the Campus Visit work program, which aims to conduct comparative studies and exchange ideas regarding the work programs of each BEM. This program has only been implemented once, starting with the external relations department visiting the BEM of another university. The BEM chosen this time is BEM FKG UI. This activity involved members of the external relations department of BEM FEB Unair with members of the public relations bureau from BEM FKG UI. This event was attended by 11 members of the BEM FEB Unair external relations department and 8 members of the BEM FKG UI public relations bureau. The Department Visit began at 7 pm, starting with remarks from the head of the external relations department and the head of the public relations bureau. This was then continued with introductions to each member and material about the management and work programs of each department and bureau. There are 15 BEM FKG UI public relations bureau work programs consisting of:

  1. The Grand Launching is the opening of the management to introduce BEM FKG UI and branding to the academic community.
  2. Grand Closing is the opposite of Grand Launching, this activity closes the management of the organization and appreciates the FKG UI community's achievements.
  3. FKG UI Open House is an external program that accommodates high school students to find out more about FKG UI through seminars and workshops.
  4. UI Campus Surgery, namely providing UI and FKG information to high school students in order to promote UI FKG.
  5. Transdentistry is a work program to build good relations between BEM FKG throughout Jakarta and create closeness as colleagues.
  6. The delegation of PSMKGI aims to strengthen relations between PSMKGI member institutions and help support the implementation of PSMKGI work programs.
  7. Public Relations Net is a bridge between BEM public relations throughout UI to socialize and share with each other.
  8. Comparative Studies and Host Comparative Studies are visits to external FKG organizations and facilitate external parties who wish to exchange insights with BEM FKG UI.
  9. Dentzjournal aims to publish up to date BEM FKG UI 2021 student activities every month to the entire FKG UI community and external parties.
  10. Say it By Card aims to publish and distribute greeting cards made by media bureaus to commemorate religious holidays, national health days, graduations, doctors' oaths, and other exams.
  11. Dentztalks is the creation of creative content containing interesting information packaged in the form of electronic products and uploaded to IG BEM FKG UI.
  12. Chinemas is a fun agenda that invites alumni of the previous year's BEM FKG UI public relations bureau.
  13. Upgrading the Communication and Information Sector is the delivery of material regarding digital marketing for organizational and personal social media
  14. Beyond Boundaries Virtual Exchange Program UI x UM x CMU is a culture sharing program, lectures at each university organized by UM.
  15. Nusantara Smile Campaign IIUM x UI x Trisaksi x UGM is a work program that forms a smile campaign with collaborating universities.

After explaining the work program material, proceed to the sharing session. This session aims to exchange ideas from each BEM's work program. After the sharing session, the event closed with a photo session and handing over of e-certificates to the BEM FKG UI public relations bureau.
