External Cooperation is a new agenda operating in the management of the FEB Student Executive Board for the 2019 period, focusing on the cooperative relationship of the Student Executive Board as representatives of FEB students, with merchants around campus B, Universitas Airlangga . External Collaboration aims to improve the welfare of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga in meeting their needs for food products, beverages and other services. In 8 months of carrying out activities, the FEB Student Executive Board succeeded in collaborating with 14 merchants, including: Saliha Salon Muslimah, Batik Kalem, Roemah Sepatoe, AHASS Panglima Jaya Motor, Sun Optik, Zest Hotel Jemursari Surabaya, Parahita Diagnostic Center, PT. Excel Media Indonesia, NOC Cheese and Bubble Drink, LIA Ngangel, Beby's Coffee, Bosshead Barbershop, Roti Mart, and Surabaya English Preparation.

Through the External Cooperation activity agenda, it not only improves the welfare of FEB UNAIR students, but also provides valuable lessons and experiences to the internal BEM FEB UNAIR 2019, especially the Department of External Relations. With the External Collaboration agenda, merchants can promote their merchants on Instagram and the BEM FEB UNAIR Official LINE Account which has a total of 19,567 followers (as of November 1 2019) with a total of 4 posts on Instagram feeds and stories. However, merchants are required to provide feedback in the form of discount offers aimed at all active Faculty of Economics and Business students.

Implementation of the External Cooperation agenda begins with meeting merchant employees and asking for information on the marketing contact person and/or merchant owner. After that, the person responsible for external cooperation contacts the contact person and sends a cooperation offer proposal in the form of a cooperation draft, MoU (Memorandum of Understanding), and offer promotion. The end of the External Cooperation agenda process is the signing of the MoU by the person responsible for the External Cooperation activity agenda with merchant stakeholders.

Regarding what is expected after the External Cooperation agenda is implemented, Andrew Alvaro Harun - the person in charge of the External Cooperation agenda, explained "As staff of the External Relations Department, the front guard of the FEB UNAIR Student Executive Board, we will continue to pioneer, maintain and develop cooperation with various merchants, both inside and outside Campus B, Universitas Airlangga . The aim is as a form of real work by BEM FEB UNAIR whose benefits can be felt directly by students, namely to improve the welfare and help meet the needs of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga for various food products, drinks and other services. "Apart from that, with this External Collaboration agenda, it is hoped that MSMEs/merchants both inside and outside campus B Universitas Airlangga who have collaborated with BEM FEB UNAIR 2019, can develop their businesses so that they are able to contribute to the regional and national economy."
