Business Visit is an annual routine activity held by the Bachelor of Management study program, which
aims to gain real knowledge and practice about activities that occur
in the world of work, both domestic and international companies. Business Visit is carried out by
students of the Bachelor of Management study program on November 10-13, 2019, which is carried out in
several places in Singapore and Malaysia. Places to be visited include PSA
International Singapore, The Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) Johor Malaysia, Marina Bay, Nanyang
Technological University, and the National University of Singapore.
The Business Visit activity will begin with a presentation of material from the company regarding
the general overview of the company and the activities carried out by the company. This will then be followed by an
interesting discussion where the company explains the strategies it has implemented to
remain able to survive in increasingly fierce competition, especially with globalization. Then
followed by a field tour to directly observe the operational activities carried out
by the company. This activity is expected to increase practical knowledge of
company management abroad for students of the Bachelor of Management study program and motivate students
to study harder and understand management science in depth.
