(FEB News) Another form of support from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) to equip prospective graduates of FEB Airlangga University, to have a competitive advantage among other tertiary graduates is to hold a talk show/debriefing with the headline "Ready to Compete in the World of Work with Competency Certification". Which was held from the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, Floor 2 FEB Unair, (29/5/2023).
Dr. Wiwiek Dianawati, Dra., M.Si., Ak. - Chairperson of the FEB Unair Competency Institute (LPK FEB UNAIR), in his remarks said that competency certification was recommended for 5 (five) semester students to increase certification other than S1 diplomas. Another hope is that the waiting period to be able to work becomes more short, even more with the owner of this competency certification, at work later students can get better income.
Another benefit of taking part in the Competency Certification program is that the certificate has an SKP value of 15 SPK per subject, and students are required to take a minimum of 2 subjects, at a cost that can be said to be very cheap.
During the briefing event, 3 extraordinary resource persons were presented to discuss: Managing Uncertainty through Risk Management, Taxes and E-Commerce,
where the three sources are: 1. Dr. Fitri Ismiyanti, SE., M.Si – Lecturer in the Management Department of FEB UNAIR, Risk Management Trainer, Treasurer of LPMB FEB UNAIR; 2.Dr. Elia Mustikasari, SE., M.Si., Ak. – Lecturer at the Accounting Department, FEB UNAIR and 3. Andre Firmasyah – The Rise of Social Commerce. The person acting as moderator is Dina Fitrisia Septiarini, SE., MM., Ak.
On the same occasion, also present was Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si., Ph.D. – PIH FEB UNAIR Coordinator, to provide socialization about Integrity Zone Development at FEB UNAIR, as well as a few questions with prizes of beautiful souvenirs.
