Internship experience at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. More than three months has become a valuable life experience because during this internship, Romano as a practitioner was able to broaden extraordinary insights that he had never learned in college. Romano and two other interns also received positive encouragement from the office environment ranging from mentors, bank employees to operational assistant managers so that they were able to push themselves beyond the limits of their previous competencies. Intern participants are very grateful to be guided by a mentor who is willing to share their knowledge freely, give them confidence and encourage them to continue learning to expand their competencies.
