Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. stated that UNAIR is currently ranked 369th in the world and this achievement is also a positive contribution from the world of business/industry including banking, as will be the collaboration. For this reason, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. very happy and expressed his appreciation to PT, Petro Oxo Nusantara and Bank BRI Regional Office Surabaya, for their commitment to jointly take part in realizing quality education and producing superior human resources for Indonesia, which in fact is already their responsibility together to prepare the next generation according to the needs of the world of work and ready to answer future challenges.

Pranowo Tri Nusantoro, stated that he was very happy to be able to be in the forum and take part in cooperation/collaboration for Human Resources Development. Pranowo, stated that he was very open to FEB UNAIR students who wanted to do internships at PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara. Pranowo Tri Nusantoro, with his red and white soul, invited everyone present to contribute to the nation's next generation, providing knowledge/providing something that is truly real in the industrial world, because according to Pranowo, what is in theory is not necessarily true. what's on the ground.

Bustomi also conveyed the same thing that passing on knowledge to the next generation is very important, and the rewards will flow continuously. "The enthusiasm to transmit knowledge is very important, the rewards will flow."

In the future, according to Bustomi, "in developing human resources/HR, challenges in the industrial world will become increasingly sharp, qualifications in certain industries will be really needed, to really get human resources whose competence can be measured, and if at this time, you cannot prepare personal "A person like that (has physical and mental endurance), then homework will be even harder."

According to Bustomi, physical endurance, mental resilience and mental resilience are very much needed in the current era. This is based on the fact, which is often found in the field, that employees/potential employees easily become weak and want to resign, if given a little pressure. For this reason, BRI feels that through this collaboration, it will have the opportunity to be able to help galvanize the physical resilience, mental resilience and mental resilience of the prospective future generations.

Bustomi further expressed his hope that "through the Individual Student Internship Collaboration Program, BRI can get the best talent from FEB UNAIR, as the next generation in the future, where BRI has the opportunity to help galvanize students to pursue business links and matches in this development. The next step, if students want to join BRI, BRI will be very open, where submitting applications, now everything is completely digital and free. Hopefully this collaboration can provide strength to Indonesia's next generation, to work to become the best talent, and companies really need that. For sustainable business in the future. "Hopefully BRI will be in charge, strengthening micro businesses, supported by the best brilliance/talent, from FEB UNAIR."
