The team from FEB UNAIR was led by Deputy Dean I FEB UNAIR – Dr. Wisnu Wibowo (2nd from right), and Deputy Dean III FEB UNAIR – Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi (no. 3 from right); then 2.) The team from the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office, led by: Head of the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Service - Agus Imam Sonhaji ST, MMT (center).
The signing of this Implementation Arrangement contains the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka collaboration program, especially in the field of Population Administration. This is carried out in line with the various application and service innovations that have been presented by the Surabaya City Dukcapil Office to help and make things easier for the community in a more practical way, namely through online facilities.
Application and service innovations that have been presented include: KatePay, Duo Lontong, Paket Hemat, CEOX, Punta Dewa, Jempol Sakti, Takon Klampit, and Klampit. One of the innovations that has been launched and is being promoted is KatePay, which was created thanks to the collaboration between the Surabaya City Government and Bank Jatim. An innovation that creates a Child Identity Card (KIA) so that it can be a non-cash payment tool for all elementary and junior high school students in the city of Surabaya as a payment method for purchasing food and drinks in the school canteen.
Through this innovation, it is hoped that the involvement of students in the Independent Campus Learning Internship Program - Population Administration (MBKM-A) can help encourage/grow awareness among parents, that with KatePay. children don't need to bring cash to school or be cashless, just bring KIA (cashless and electronic know your customer (e-kyc) program). Apart from that, parents can monitor their sons and daughters' spending money on snacks, and children do not have snacks outside of school (which does not guarantee the quality of food and drinks, both in terms of quality and cleanliness).
Canteens are also provided by MSMEs in the area, and there is a literacy forum to activate non-cash and e-KYC transaction programs, where students of the Independent Campus Learning Internship Program - Population Administration (MBKM-A) are also expected to be able to play an active role there. , so that the economy in the region can be improved/reduced poverty levels through MSMEs.
Not only there, the Surabaya City Disdukcapil in collaboration with FEB UNAIR, also involves students in the Independent Campus Learning Internship Program - Population Administration (MBKM-A) for 1 (one) semester, in assisting with recording population documents and civil registration in City of Surabaya. Apart from that, it is hoped that the existence of the MBKM-A program will help the public to easily manage documents, provide public services, input data, and help introduce innovations in existing applications and services so that they can be used well by the public, especially for people who are still unfamiliar with it. in online data management. Students who take part in this program are also expected to be able to come up with innovations that may not yet exist in the area or analyze existing innovations/systems that still need to be refined, as well as gaining new experience in socializing the public about the importance of population administration.
With this collaboration, it is hoped that FEB UNAIR can provide quality education to its graduates through valuable experience gained directly in the field, with inherent guidance from 2 (two) directions, both from lecturers on campus as well as from mentors in the field where the students are studying. internships, so that quality graduates can be produced, and SUPERIOR human resources for Indonesia, and for the Surabaya City Government, it is also hoped that all Population Programs that are being carried out can be carried out with full trust.
Together we can, FEB UNAIR & DISDUKCAPIL CITY OF SURABAYA
Let's make the Independent Campus Learning Internship Program - Population Administration (MBKM-A) a success.
