WEBS School of Business 2020

Grand Opening is an activity held by WEBS UNAIR's Education Business division with the aim of opening all series of training programs consisting of School of Business Internals, Competition Consultants, and Scholarship Consultants as facilities that will be obtained by active members of WEBS. The Grand Opening event was held on Wednesday, February 13, 2020 at the Mindrowo Hall. Attended by WEBS members, the Grand Opening event started exactly at 18.30. This year's Grand Opening, Education Business invited speakers who were Alumni from WEBS who focused on Business and Achievement. Deffa Lovita, one of the speakers at the Grand Opening who was successful in getting funding of Rp. 20.000.000 through the PMW program (Student Entrepreneurial Program) held by PPKK with Business in the MUA field, namely Brushes.bydef. The event was even more complete by presenting a speaker who was successful in the field of Achievement at the Grand Opening, namely Haflan Alfiri Widrayat. Outstanding Student (Mawapres) Faculty of Economics and Business who has won various achievements in writing competitions. More interestingly, Haflan has successfully become a delegate from Indonesia at the Harvard University Project for Asian International Relations. The Grand Opening event was filled with a series of sharing knowledge, providing material for submitting PMW proposals and also providing tips and tricks on how to become a successful young entrepreneur. It was closed by giving prizes to participants who actively asked questions in a series of events and a group photo with the speakers was the closing series at the Grand Opening of SOB, SC, CC 2020.

SOB itself is the main work force in the Education Business division. SOB is a series of business mentoring activities for active WEBS internal members who are mentored by WEBS alumni who have successfully run their businesses. In a series, active WEBS internal members will be given various materials and direct practice in the field.
