17TH ECCENTS

HIMA Economic Development, Airlangga University is holding Eccents activities which will be facilitated by the Science Department. aims to accommodate students from various universities to develop critical thinking about economic issues. This activity involves participants in the Scientific Writing Competition (LKTI) and National Seminar.

The implementation of the 17th ECCENTS also supports the realization of SDGs Goal 4: Quality Education, namely through the development of research-based science. The implementation of the 17th ECCENTS is a forum for the development of scientific research, especially in the field of economics by holding a scientific writing competition. This can improve the quality of education and research in the world of higher education which will then be able to answer current problems regarding the economy.

The targets of this activity are all students from universities in Indonesia (for the Scientific Writing Competition), university students and the general public (for the national seminar). 17th Eccents consists of several activities, namely:
1. Workshop: E-Paper 101: 29 June 2024
2. Econ-Campaign: 14 July - 10 August 2024
3. Eccents : Case & Discuss : 3 August 2024
4. Meet The Judicators: Friday, September 27 2024
5. City Tour: Friday, September 27 2024
6. Eccents National Seminar: Saturday, September 28 2024
7. Awarding Night: Saturday, September 28 2024
Indicators of success of the 17th Eccents event:
● Obtain 40 LKTI abstract submitters.
● National seminar participants reached 105 participants.
● 80% of participants rated good on the survey for the national seminar.
● 80% of participants rated the survey as good on the entire series of Eccents activities.
