Sector Upgrading for 2018

Sector Upgrading is an annual activity of the LPPM Sector FEB Unair as an inauguration event for new students who officially become new members of the Sector and as a form of handover of positions from the old management to the new management. This upgrade will be held at Villa New Bukit Sengkaling on Friday-Sunday? 26-28 October 2018. The 2018 upgrade period carries the theme "Exploring the Sensitivity of the World Around" where in today's era the tension of sensitivity to the surrounding world has decreased. So with this goal, it is hoped that upgrading participants can be more sensitive to the world around them.

Upgrading which can also be referred to as nature education is a form of implementation of spatial training, as a real action in the field. So that a journalist is able to feel the real practice and be able to carry out his duties as a field journalist. Upgrading 2018 selects the "Terminal" place object. Wherever there is a mandatory task for new members of the Sector in nature education and training, namely interviews and presentations using creative media with the sub-themes 'Greeting the Natives' and 'Complaining Empathy' as the output of writings and works. In addition, this event also has games that are also included in the theme of sensitivity and concern. So it can bring significant sensitivity to life.

In this event an assessment is given by an old or senior Sector member who has experience in their field. So as to be able to know the indicators of success and how much output can be brought for the sector in the future.
