PENAS 2020

The Business Case Competition is one of the series of PENAS 2020 events held by Sriwijaya University. This event is a business case competition between students from various universities in Indonesia organized by BEM FEB Sriwijaya University. This year, the ASA Festival 2020 has the theme "The Role of Youth in Awakening the Economy in the Pasa Covid19 Through Regional Potentials in Indonesia". This competition aims to hone knowledge and increase the participants' interest in the business field and prepare them to be ready to compete globally. PENAS 2020 will be held on October 16, 2020 via Zoom. The PMAF ASA Festival 2020 competition consists of 2 rounds, namely the preliminary and final. In the preliminary round, all participants were asked to write a paper that answered business problems provided by the committee. Then, 10 teams that passed the final will present the paper in front of the judges. All finalists were given 10 minutes to present their analysis and solutions from existing business cases. After that, all finalists will also get questions from the jury and must answer them directly. Then 3 winners will be selected, namely 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place. The Galacticos team from Universitas Airlangga won 3rd place with a total score of 89,5.
