Human Resource Development Training: Direct Softskill Role Training

Human Resource Development Training (HRDT) is one of the work programs that is held regularly once a year. This activity aims to develop the soft skills of the active management of the Human Resource department. before HR was assigned to develop its organizational members and student resources at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. With this HRDT, it is hoped that all active management of the HR department can understand, understand and be able to carry out their duties and obligations to develop student resources that have been mandated to them during the management period without any obstacles. This activity was carried out in class room 202 FEB Unair and took place on February 22, 2020. It started on Saturday morning and ended on Saturday afternoon. This event was attended by 34 representatives from all existing ormawa. HRDT was brought with the theme "Building character and creating good quality human resources in the internalization of the organization".

The arrangement of this event begins with registration of participants who are present in front of class 202 before the event begins. The opening of the HRDT was marked by singing the Indonesia Raya anthem and the Airlangga Hymn, then the opening continued with remarks by the HRDT executive chairman and the deputy chairman of the BEM FEB Unair. After the opening ceremony was over, all participants took the pre-test. The pre-test was carried out by giving all participants 20 numbered questions containing knowledge about the theme presented. The results of the test scores from each participant will be compared with the results of the post test scores that will be held at the end of the event. The post and pre-test itself will later be used as indicators of the success of the material that has been delivered to participants.

After 10 minutes of pre-test, the event continued with session I material which was delivered by Mas Hardi as the Head of the ITS LKMM/LKMM Guide. After that, it was followed by a 30-minute break, after which the material continued to session II. Session II material ended at 13:05 , then continued with the post test until 13:25 .

The event was closed with a closing containing the presentation of placards to the speakers and also followed by a photo with all participants and the committee.
