(Feb News), Tuesday, August 24, 2021, Research, Innovation and Community Development - FEB UNAIR under the leadership of Deputy Dean III - Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, has held a process of signing the manuscript of a cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yapis Papua University - Jayapura (FEB Uniyap) virtually.

Present at the event, a team from FEB UNAIR under the leadership of the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., Deputy Dean I – Dr. Wisnu Wibowo., Deputy Dean II – Dr. Nisful Laila, Deputy Dean III – Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, Special Staff to the Deputy Dean III – Luthfi Nur Rosyidi, SE., MM., and PIH FEB UNAIR Coordinator – Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Sc.
As for the team from FEB Uniyap, under the leadership of the Dean of FEB Uniyap - Dr. Mohammad Aldrin Akbar, SE., MM., Deputy Dean I - Dr. Drs. H. Ahmad Jusmin, SE., MM., Deputy Dean II - Sahrul Ponto, SE., M.Si., Deputy Dean III - M. Ridhwansyah Pasolo, SE., M.acc., Ak., Ca., KPS Accounting - Dr. At Sutisman, SE., M.Ak; KPS Management - Dr. Suratini, SE., M.Sc.
Both parties agreed to collaborate for a period of 3 (three) years, which covers the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes Education and Teaching, Research and Development, and Community Service, in order to improve human resource competency, whether through Masters Education (S2), Doctoral education (S3), and professional education programs, joint research, community service, provision of experts/teaching staff/resources, use of facilities and infrastructure as well as facilities from both parties as needed, holding seminars, workshops, symposiums or other scientific activities , and also the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) activities.
In his speech, the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. emphasized that FEB UNAIR really welcomes various forms of collaboration which include the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, because this is in line with supporting the GOVERNMENT, in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) which is currently focusing on developing human resources (HR), as mandated by President Joko Widodo, where the focus of development is currently shifting from infrastructure development to human resource (HR) development, in order to carry out the mandate to advance Indonesia's human resources.

Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., stated that FEB UNAIR is ready to collaborate in the form of mentoring (supervising lecturers)/guest lecturers, in every subject that requires sharing and community service. community as well as research will soon be designed together with UNIYAP, increasing HR competency through Masters Education (S2), Doctoral Education (S3), and Professional Education Programs (with an online scheme during the pandemic).

The Dean of FEB Uniyap - Dr. Mohammad Aldrin Akbar, SE., MM., Stated that it was very happy with the signing of the cooperation agreement manuscript and stated that it would immediately carry out the first cooperation, for the professional education program and asked the team from FEB Uniyap to immediately collect data, discuss further processes with FEB Unair, and if possible it could begin in this semester, the academic year 2021/2022.
