Virtual Collaboration Agreement Signing Procession between FEB UNAIR SURABAYA – JATIM and FEB UNIVERSITY YAPIS PAPUA – JAYAPURA

(Feb News), Tuesday, August 24, 2021, Research, Innovation and Community Development - FEB UNAIR under the leadership of Deputy Dean III - Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, has held a process of signing the manuscript of a cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) and the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yapis Papua University - Jayapura (FEB Uniyap) virtually.

Present at the event, the Team from FEB UNAIR under the leadership of the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., Vice Dean I – Dr. Wisnu Wibowo., Vice Dean II – Dr. Nisful Laila, Vice Dean III – Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, Special Staff of Vice Dean III – Luthfi Nur Rosyidi, SE., MM., and Coordinator of PIH FEB UNAIR – Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si.

Meanwhile, the Team from FEB UNIYAP, under the Leadership of the Dean of FEB UNIYAP – Dr. Mohammad Aldrin Akbar, SE., MM., Deputy Dean I – Dr. Drs. H. Ahmad Jusmin, SE., MM., Deputy Dean II – Sahrul Ponto, SE., M.Si., Deputy Dean III – M. Ridhwansyah Pasolo, SE., M.Acc., Ak., CA., KPS Accounting – Dr. Entar Sutisman, SE., M.Ak; KPS Management – ​​Dr. Suratini, SE., M.Si. 

The two parties agreed to a 3 (three) year collaboration, which encompasses the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education and Teaching, Research and Development, and Community Service, in order to improve the competence of human resources through Masters Education (S2), Doctoral Education (S3), and Professional Education Programs, joint research, community service, provision of experts/teaching staff/resource persons, use of facilities and infrastructure as well as facilities from both parties as needed, implementation of seminars, workshops, symposiums or other scientific activities, and also implementation of the Independent Campus Independent Learning Program (MBKM).  

In his remarks, the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. emphasized that FEB UNAIR warmly welcomes various forms of collaboration that include the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, because it is in line with supporting the GOVERNMENT in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) which is currently focusing on developing human resources (HR), as mandated by President Joko Widodo where the focus of development is currently shifting from infrastructure development to human resource development (HR), in order to carry out the mandate to advance Indonesian HR.

Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., stated that FEB UNAIR is ready to collaborate in the form of mentoring (lecturers)/guest lecturers, in every course that requires sharing, the implementation of community service and research will soon be designed together with UNIYAP, increasing HR competency through Masters Education (S2), Doctoral Education (S3), and Professional Education Programs (with an online scheme during the pandemic).

Meanwhile, the Dean of FEB UNIYAP – Dr. Mohammad Aldrin Akbar, SE., MM., stated that he was very pleased with the signing of the Cooperation Agreement and stated that he would immediately carry out the first collaboration, for the Professional Education Program and asked the Team from FEB UNIYAP to immediately conduct data collection, discuss further processes with FEB UNAIR, and if possible, it could be started this semester, the Odd Semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year.
