(FEB NEWS) Friday, February 18, 2022, the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR), held an event "INAUGURATION OF NEW STUDENT ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT AND STUDENT ACTIVITY ORIENTATION - FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS, UNIVERSITAS AIRLANGGA - 2022 TERM".
The inauguration ceremony for the New Student Organization Management for the 2022 Service Period was held in a hybrid manner from the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, 2nd Floor – FEB UNAIR and was attended by more than 473 online audiences consisting of administrators and new administrators of student organizations for the 2022 service period.
Present at the event were the Dean of FEB UNAIR – Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., Vice Dean I – Dr. Wisnu Wibowo , Vice Dean III – Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, FEB UNAIR Administrators and Student Organization Administrators for the 2021 and 2022 Service Periods.
The official inauguration of all New Student Organization Management for the 2022 Term of Service was carried out by the Dean of FEB UNAIR. After the official inauguration, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA advised in her remarks, that in preparing work programs, to always align steps in accordance with the Vision and Mission of FEB UNAIR. "Having new innovations is okay, as long as they remain connected". Every activity should reflect Excellence With Morality and also in accordance with the jargon FEB SATU - UNAIR HEBAT, which means that in every activity FEB UNAIR is united to support the Vision and Mission Universitas Airlangga. HEBAT also has its own meaning, where HEBAT is an acronym (shortened) of a number of words that show the character of Universitas Airlanggastudents, H is an acronym for Humble-Honestly; E, which is Excellent; B, which is Brave; A, which is Agile; and T, which is Transcendents.
Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. explained about SMART FEB, which is the PROGRAM THEME of FEB UNAIR, as a derivative of SMART UNIVERSITY, where all student activities must also support the overall Program Theme at FEB UNAIR, namely SMART FEB, where SMART means:
1. S = Sustainable Education For All
2. M = Meaningful Research and Community Services
3. A = Advancing Innovation
4. R = Responsive and lean Management
5. T = Topping Up Tangible and Intangible Resources Utilization
Meanwhile, Vice Dean I of FEB UNAIR – Dr. Wisnu Wibowo expressed his hope to all New Student Organization Management for the 2022 Term of Service, that all activities carried out by BEM FEB UNAIR, both through the units under it, must refer to the achievement of existing targets in FEB UNAIR. FEB UNAIR will collaborate with each other: Ormawa – Study Programs – Departments – Faculties as well as all Supporting Units (PKRI FEB UNAIR & P3M FEB UNAIR) to achieve these targets.
Furthermore, Dr. Wisnu Wibowo also said that after this there will still be further briefing sessions for the New Student Organization Management for the 2022 Service Period, to further synchronize work programs at the BEM FEB UNAIR level and also in the Faculty Student Activity Units or in the Study Program Student Associations, so that one direction and one goal, FEB ONE GREAT UNAIR.
In line with the message and hopes of the Dean of FEB UNAIR and Vice Dean I of FEB UNAIR, in her remarks, the President of BEM FEB UNAIR for the 2022 Term of Service – Vania Safira Febrianti, mentioned the name of her Cabinet as “Cabinet Sinergi Cita”, which has great hopes of being able to establish communication, both with internal and external parties of FEB UNAIR. According to Vania Safira Febrianti, “this hope can be realized by us BEM FEB synergizing with our friends Ormawa – Alumni – FEB UNAIR Academic Community and others”. Vania also said that the inauguration for them is a challenge, to be able to realize the ideals of Ormawa, Ambition and Love from FEB UNAIR itself.
