(FEB News) Wednesday, March 8, 2023, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair), especially the Center for Entrepreneurship and Industrial Relations (PKRI) of FEB UNAIR which is chaired by Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina, SE., MSi., Collaborating/synergizing with the FEB Unair Management Student Association, located in the Soepoyo Hall 3rd floor FEB Unair, has held the seminar "Prepare Your Future Career After Grueling" to provide encouragement in completing various knowledge, skills, insights, both soft skills and hard skills for their graduates. But from the event held by PKRI FEB Airlangga University, who attended the event, not only graduates from FEB Airlangga University, but also open to graduates from other Faculty of Faculty from Airlangga University, namely from the Faculty of Public Health of Airlangga University, and the Faculty of Language Sciences.

Dr. Wisnu Wibowo - Deputy Dean I of FEB Unair, said that this activity was the first activity carried out by FEB Unair in order to encourage/inspire FEB Airlangga graduates, to be able to contribute significantly to provide impact to progress and prosperity for the Indonesian people.
Furthermore, Deputy Dean I FEB Unair, explained that in 1 year Feb Unair could graduate more than 1,000 graduates, which were divided into 4 graduation periods, which in the last graduation on March 4-5, 2023, had graduated as many as 472 graduates. "So, that is a challenge for the world of higher education, to be able to help graduates to be absorbed in the world of work in accordance with those dreamed of by graduates. Therefore, Feb Unair wants to be a partner for graduates to complete, improve the competence of both soft skills & hard skills, so that graduates can be immediately absorbed by the world of work, or even inspired to produce the world of their own work
. Held to provide education for FEB Airlangga graduates, especially and also active students of FEB Airlangga University, related to job search cards from the One-Stop Integrated Capital Services and Investment Service (DPM-PTSP) and the Department of Industry and Manpower (Disperinaker) of Surabaya City, as well as sharing sessions with S1 alumni who pursued their careers to become entrepreneurs, to provide inspiration on how to start a business.

Present as presenters: 1.) Mr. Erringgo Perkasa, SE. M.Sc-as the coordinator of the Licensing and Non-Licensing Services for DPM-PTSP Surabaya City; 2.) Mr. Slamet Budiono, S.Psi, MT., From the Surabaya City Disperinaker; and 3.) Mas Dendi Herawan, SM as an alumni of S1 UNAIR management who pursued his career to be the owner of the chicken hooked.
In this seminar, explained the understanding, legal basis, requirements, plot, and term job search card (AK-1 card). In the next session Mas Dendi explained how the process of starting a business in the FNB field as well as tips and tricks on how to start a business for alumni and students.
