The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga signed a cooperation agreement with the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH)
On Wednesday, January 19, 2021, the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , and the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) took place. The event took place via a hybrid Zoom meeting and offline mode at the Tirtodingrat Hall of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University.
Present at the event were Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia,M.Si.,Ak., Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga and Dr. Beny Witjaksono, SP, MM (Member of the BPKH Executive Board). The collaboration includes:
- Carrying out the implementation of cooperative activities in the scope of education, research, and cooperation in managing Hajj finances.
- Utilizing existing resources to carry out educational activities, research, and cooperation in managing Hajj finances.
- Specifically, the collaboration between FEB UNAIR and BPKH is related to MBKM, research and development of sharia finance laboratories.
In addition to the signing of the cooperation agreement, a book review event was also held on the same day entitled "What and How BPKH Hajj Finance and BPKH Securities Investments Work, with resource person Prof. Dr. Raditya Sukmana, SE., MA.
