(FEB NEWS) Student Inbound Mobility Full Time 2023 is a program organized by the Islamic Economics Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga in collaboration with the University of Kuala Lumpur and University Tenaga Malaysia, which is implemented virtually and physically for 3 full months. On October 11, 2023, Student Inbound Mobility was officially opened by the Head of the Department of Islamic Economics, Prof. Dr. Sri Hernianingrum, SE, Msi., at the ASEEC Tower, Tarumanagara Room. She stated that the importance of this student exchange activity is useful for exchanging innovations, cultures, experiences, and learning foreign languages. In addition, this program is held annually to provide new experiences for foreign students to study like local students.

2. Dian Filianti, SE, M.Acc. as the secretary of the Islamic Economics Study Program
Student Inbound Part Time 2023 was attended by 11 foreign and local students, namely 6 students from the University of Tenaga Malaysia, 4 students from the University of Kuala Lumpur and 6 students from Universitas Airlangga as the host. Physical activities were carried out from October 10-15 in Surabaya and other activities were carried out virtually starting from October to December.
Favorite destinations that have been visited are touring UNAIR campuses A, B, and C, Tugu Pahlawan, Mirota Batik, and will soon visit the Mangrove Botanical Gardens accompanied by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga .
After the opening, it was continued with 2 summer classes, the first class on Islamic Finance presented by Ms. Dian Filianti, SE, M.Acc and the second class on Food Security presented by Ms. Dr. Achsania Hendratmi, SE., M.Si.
This 7-day event aims to strengthen cooperation between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga , Universiti Kuala Lumpur, and Universiti Tenaga Nasional Malaysia, which can ultimately become a foundation for active participation in issues of Sustainability, Food Security, and Islamic Finance in the international arena.
