RSM Indonesia Sambangi Feb Unair, Young Talenta Net through Campus Recruitment

(FEB News) Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) again hosting an important agenda of student career development. This time, FEB Airlangga University synergizes with Indonesian Hospital in the activity titled Campus Recruitment Tour which was held in the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, 2nd floor FEB Unair, (10/6/2025).

This activity is a form of proactive approach from the Indonesian Hospital in capturing the best young talents, especially in the fields of accounting and finance. Not only followed by FEB UNAIR accounting students, this event also attracted students from the Department of Information Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of Airlangga University, showed cross -disciplined enthusiasm for career opportunities in the global professional service company.

The main session was delivered by Benny Andria, an Indonesian Hospital audit partner, which gave a comprehensive picture of the audit industry and the potential for career development at RSM. He was also accompanied by Indah Fitria, from the HR RSM Indonesia team, which conveyed technical information about the selection process and recruitment pathways available.

In Benny's presentation, several testimonials from young professionals were also delivered there. One of them is Reza, Audit Manager at RSM Indonesia, who through his writings, shares his experience in handling audit projects for well -known financial institutions. He stressed the importance of a combination of experience and interest as a key success in facing challenges in this industry.

"I feel proud to be part of the RSM team. From the various appreciation we received, both from internal and clients, this proves that quality, clarity of communication, and professionalism is the main value that is upheld here," Reza wrote.

After the material and lunch break session, the event continued with the direct selection process for participants who were interested in joining. This provides an exclusive opportunity for students to take part in recruitment without having to wait for a regular selection schedule.
