(SDG's News) Thursday, April 17, 2025 - as part of its continuous efforts to strengthen the international collaboration and academic engagement in sustainable development and renewable energy, the department of Islamic economics at the faculty of economics and business, Universitas Airlangga Strategic Meeting with Professor Bjorn Berggren, Dean of the School for Architecture and the Built Environment, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. The Meeting Took Place on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Rapim ABC Meeting Room, 1st Floor of Feb Unair.
This Strategic Dialogue Marked the Initial Step Toward a Potential Partnership Between Feb Unair and the Rennned Swedish Institution, Particularly in the Context of Internationalization, Sustainability, and Joint Research Initiatives.
The feb unair delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Sri Herianingrum, SE, M.Si., Head of the Department of Islamic Economics, and Included:

During the meeting, both parties discussed a range of collaborative opportunities, including guest lectures, research fellowships, and potential joint research projects in the area of renewable energy consumption. These initiatives align with kth's academic focus on environmental sustainability, an area that intersects meaningfulfully with ongoing research and development with Feb Unair's Islamic Economics Programs.
