MONEV KKN BBK FEB UNAIR(FEB NEWS) On December 18, 2023, the Monitoring and Evaluation (MONEV) of the Community Service Program (KKN BBK) of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) was successfully conducted in the Retno Suwari Meeting Room of the Gresik Regency Regent's Office. This activity is a synergy between FEB UNAIR students and the Gresik Regency Government to provide a positive contribution to the local community.

Six student groups presented the results of their semester-long work programs at various Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Gresik Regency. The presentations were witnessed by several parties, including Dr. Wisnu Wibowo , Vice Dean I of FEB UNAIR, his supervisor, and representatives from the Gresik Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda).

In their presentation, the students from the FEB UNAIR Community Service Program (KKN) outlined their efforts and contributions to the development of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the region. They hope that their presentations will create a positive and sustainable impact on each BUMDes focused on by their activities.

Dr. Wisnu Wibowo expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work of FEB UNAIR students in carrying out the KKN BBK (Village-Based Community Service Program). He hoped that the students' work would not only benefit the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) but also serve as a comprehensive learning tool for them. Thus, students would not only gain field experience but also gain a deeper understanding of the role and challenges of economic development at the local level.

The collaboration between FEB UNAIR and the Gresik Regency Government in the BBK Community Service Program (KKN BBK) is expected to serve as an example for other educational institutions to collaborate with local governments to make real contributions to community development. Through this collaboration, it is hoped that positive synergy will be created between the educational sector and local governments to achieve sustainable and progressive development at the local level.

In addition to directly contributing to the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes), the Community Service Program (KKN BBK) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) also consistently supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through the implementation of programs focused on empowering the local economy and improving community welfare, KKN BBK students encourage the realization of SDG 1 (No poverty) and SDG 8 (Decent work and economic growth).

Furthermore, the students' efforts to build the capacity of village-owned enterprises (Bumdes) have also had a positive impact on achieving SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) by improving the competitiveness and quality of economic infrastructure at the village level. Concrete measures such as entrepreneurship training, the use of information technology, and increasing market access for local products are part of their strategy to create a sustainable impact.

The collaboration between FEB UNAIR and the Gresik Regency Government in implementing the KKN BBK activity not only creates learning for students but also supports SDG 17 (Partnerships to achieve goals) by building strong collaboration between educational institutions and local governments. Through this synergy, it is hoped that local community empowerment can become a foundation for sustainable development, encompassing economic, social, and environmental aspects at the village level. Thus, this activity is not only a form of local contribution but also supports global efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals as a whole.
