(FEB NEWS) Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) held a special event, the 7TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND PH.D. COLLOQUIUM FOR ECONOMICS & BUSINESS with the theme "Sustainability and Digital Transformation in Global Vulnerability".
The 7th ICEB 2023 event held from the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, 2nd Floor of FEB UNAIR is an annual international conference by FEB UNAIR involving four departments, namely Accounting, Economics, Management, and Sharia Economics.
This International Seminar and Colloquium was held as a result of collaboration between FEB UNAIR and STAN, UNUSA, Curtin University (Australia), Simon Fraser University (Canada), INCEIF University (Malaysia), Universiti Malaya (Malaysia), Universiti Sains Malaysia, Hamad bin Khalifa University (Qatar), National Central University (Taiwan), Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (Germany), and Mandakh University (Mongolia).
The conference attracted 250 participants from 8 countries, namely Japan, Mongolia, Malaysia, Qatar, Brunei Darussalam, China, Turkey, Pakistan, and garnered 190 oral presentations of selected papers, divided into two groups, a colloquium for PhD students and a general panel.
Present to give a speech was Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih, SE, MT, Ak. – Rector Universitas Airlangga, and the event was opened by Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA. – Dean of FEB UNAIR, as well as the Host.
Present as Keynote Speckers: Drs. Ec Putut Sri Mujianto, MM, CMA as the main director of PT Pelindo (Persero) and Herman Saherudin, PhD as a representative from the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
