And to equip the ORMAWA administrators, additional insight is needed regarding skills, time management, leadership, secretarial administration, and others so that students get an intake of hard skills and soft skills.
On this occasion, Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) periodically holds Student Management Skills Training - Basic Level (LKMM-TD) then at the Intermediate level, namely LKMM-TM and LKMM-TL for advanced levels every year. Where LKMM-TD was held in each faculty on Saturday, March 11, 2023.
This time, LKMM-TD was presented by 7 competent speakers in their fields, namely:

Ethics & Communication Between Work Units by Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si., Ph.D.
Secretarial and Financial Administration by Widya Sylviana, SE., M.Si., Ph.D.
The Nature of Motivation, Decision Making and Conflict Management by Angga Erlando, SE, M.Ec.Dev.
Techniques for compiling activity proposals and perfecting activity proposals by Muhammad Syaikh Rohman, SE., M.Ec.
This LKMM-TD activity was attended by more than 200 ORMAWA administrators held at the Fadjar Notonagoro hall of FEB UNAIR.
"The material presented was very comprehensive and interesting for students interested in the world of organizations," said one of the participants who was very enthusiastic about following the entire series of dense and useful events, so that Via (Kahima S1 Management) hopes that the excellent material will be delivered all at once in one day with sufficient time for practicals.
