Briefing for Prospective Graduates for the March 2020 Period, on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Fadjar Notonagoro Hall, 2nd Floor of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair), with the theme: "Graduate Strategies for Career Development in the World of Work" this time, FEB Unair invited Alumni of the Class of 1985, namely Dra. Iis Herijati, Ak - Independent Compliance Director of PT. Bank Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk., as a speaker. 

With great enthusiasm and very straightforward, Iis Herijati, delivered her material with the theme "Growing Through Integrated e-Solutions", where Iis Herijati, explained that "currently we are heading towards the industrial revolution 4.0, where everything is digital", and according to Iis Herijati, "what is meant by digital is not only a tool, but also the way humans think must also be digital / continue to develop".

"Life is about learning; in fact, our entire life journey is about learning. Because knowledge, science, and technology are always increasing, and we must never stop learning. If we stop learning, we will be marginalized or left behind," is Iis Herijati's constant message.

Iis Herijati shared her journey through her career, starting from scratch. She pursued each level of professional development with commitment and dedication. She underwent various training programs, certifications, and refresher courses throughout her career. She believes that "integrity and competency are crucial and essential for everyone in the workplace.".

At the end of the session, Iis Herijati also invited the Millennial Team from PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk., who were selected based on various educational backgrounds, to share their experiences with prospective graduates, regarding how they first entered the workforce, how they have worked, and how they have survived in the workforce.

In accordance with our choices, so we must commit to our choices, that's what we must do when we want to enter the world of work after we graduate. If you say the process of studying at Unair/or any school is basic and foundational, but our whole life is learning. Because what knowledge, technology continues to increase if we stop we will be marginalized, people left behind in the industrial scene, so if we work in the industry, we must not stop learning.
