Business education must be to practitioners/professionals, the teaching and learning process should be different from participants from fresh graduates. Even the term student centered learning can be adjusted to participant centered learning. This is at least conveyed by Dr. Syed Aun Raza Rizvi from Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS). In front of dozens of lecturers in the FEB UNAIR environment, both from MM FEB UNAIR teachers and from the Department of Economics, Accounting and Sharia Economics. Even from Corporate University Kamadjaja Logistics is also enthusiastic to attend.
Dr. Aun said this in the workshop "Teaching Methods for Professional Students" on May 13, 2019 in the Tirtodiningrat Hall. Exciting discussion also runs with many questions and statements from participants. The essence of the whole material is to remind that practitioners need a different PBM to further explore their experience into accumulation and connect with business management.
