Shaping Innovative Leader is a slogan put forward by MM FEB Unair. In its learning process, it is attempted to be realized even from an early age. As an institution that prioritizes experiential based learning (EBL), outbound in matriculation is used as a means to stimulate the mindset of innovative leaders and teams.
Various activities for 2 days are presented both indoor and outdoor activities. The indoor activity is carried out by presenting a psychologist to help participants, new students of class 49, understand their characteristics and what type of leader they are. Meanwhile, the outdoor activity is presented as a form of EBL to detect real abilities as a leader, in a team that must compete with other teams.
What distinguishes it from outbound conducted by other institutions is presented in the MM FEB Unair outbound which this time was held at the Tretes Raya hotel on August 26-27, 2017. Archery learning and the creation of Management robots are presented as differentiators, which still provide organizational and business management learning.

The event selected the best group, the best arts group, and the best individual. The best individual award was based on observations by selected observers, Misbakhul Munir.
