(FEB News) on March 21-27 2023, Delegation Team from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair): Dian Ekowati SE., M.Si., (Orgcom)., Ph.D-Chair of the MSDM Clump at the FEB Unair Management Study Program, together with Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina, SE., M.Sc. - The Chairperson of the entrepreneurship family at the FEB Unair Management Study Program, made a return visit to the Cracow University of Economics (CUE), Poland, to initiate cooperation as well as in the context of fulfilling outbound staff tasks.

The two delegates were well received by Prof. Luvet Lula (Vice Chancellor for Research), Assoc. Prof. Malgorzatta Tyranza - Dean of Human Resourcer Management, Cracow University of Economics (CUE), Poland and Assoc Prof. Bernard Ziebicki - Dean of Management and Quality Services, Cracow University of Economics (CUE), Poland.
They welcomed the exploration of cooperation carried out by FEB Unair, including the collaboration of inbound staff, research cooperation and scientific book writing.
This visit was a follow -up to the academic visit of Robert Szilo, PHD - Lecturer of Human Resources Management, Cracow University of Economics (CUE), Poland, who had taught in various courses at the concentration of human resources in the S1 and S2 Study Program in FEB Airlangga University in February 2023.
In fulfilling the task of the Outbound Staff of FEB UNAIR, Dian Ekowati SE., M.Si., M.Appcom (orgch)., Ph.D provides material on diversity management and Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina, SE., M.Sc. Providing material on the effectiveness of the team in small and medium businesses in S1 students of the Human Resources Department, Cracow University of Economics (CUE), Poland.
