Tuesday, June 28, 2016, for the first time since its establishment, the Master of Accounting and Master of Economics Study Programs finally succeeded in forming a Student Association. The management of the Master of Accounting and Master of Economics Study Programs were inaugurated directly by the Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE, M.Si., Ak., at the Tirito Diningrat Hall, FEB Campus. Also present at the event were: Dr. Rudi Purwono (Vice Dean I), Dr. Achmad Rizki Sridadi (Vice Dean II), Dr. Hamidah (Head of the MAKSI Master's Program), and Dr. Wisnu Wibowo (Head of the MIE Master's Program). 

The formation of the Student Association (Himaprodi) is intended not only to strengthen student solidarity but also to contribute to improving the academic atmosphere within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and the Master's Program in particular. In his remarks, the Dean of FEB Unair emphasized the importance of the Student Association's role in supporting and overseeing the agenda for change and improving the academic climate, leading to Unair's achievement of being among the world's top 500 universities.

At the study program management level, Himparodi is expected to be a good working partner for the Head of each Study Program in implementing their work programs, thus creating good communication and synergy among administrators, students, and academic support staff. With this good collaboration, it is hoped that the quality and competitiveness of the output (graduates) of the MAKSI Master's Program and the MIE Master's Program can continue to be improved sustainably.
