Proud achievements were re -inscribed by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair). The student team supporting Grow with US succeeded in achieving funding in the 2025 Student Entrepreneurial Development Program (P2MW), Strategic Program from the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa), the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia).

P2MW itself is a national -scale program that aims to support the development of student businesses, both still in the stages of pioneering and the growth stage. In this case, Grow with US is included in the category of services, trade and tourism, and has been running since 2024 under the legal entity entity of PT Wawasan Superior Bersama. This team was fronted by five active students of the S1 Accounting Study Program for class 2023 and 2022, namely:
- Shalihul Hadi Yusuf - S1 Accounting 2023 (Team Leader)
- Muhammad Irfani - S1 Accounting 2023
- Cindy Charolita - S1 Accounting 2023
- Elisabet Saputra - S1 Accounting 2023
- Nurul Fadilah - S1 Accounting 2022

Unair's internal selection was carried out on May 24-28, 2025 and continued with the collection of national proposals on June 1-9. Of the total 12 teams sent by Airlangga Unair to the national level (6 initial stages of team and 6 teams growing), as many as 5 teams managed to pass funding, including the Grow With US team at the growing stage and obtaining funding up to tens of millions of rupiah. The funds will support business operational activities from July to November 2025. Grow with US (GWU) is a platform of innovative education services based on peer-to-peer mentoring that bridges the gap between the academic world and the world of work. This initiative helps students understand lecture material through guidance from fellow outstanding students. Since it was launched, this platform has reached more than 1,500 students, especially in the FEB Airlangga University.
Internal surveys show:
• 90% of students have difficulty understanding lecture material independently,
• 87% require additional guidance, and
• Most are willing to pay Rp. 20,000-30,000 per session because of the perceived direct benefits.
Students who take part in the mentoring session say that this service helps them face UTS/UAS, understand complex material such as accounting, and increase self -confidence in lectures.

The success of Grow with US not only supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 points (quality education) and 8 points (decent jobs and economic growth), but also open strategic opportunities such as:
• Validation and acceleration of business growth,
• Increasing entrepreneurial skills,
• Expansion of networks and collaboration, as well
• SKS conversion to the possibility of the thesis free, according to applicable regulations.
Furthermore, with a solid teamwork, Grow With Us hopes to be able to advance to the KMI Expo 2025 event which is planned to be held in a luring in November 2025. This expo is the peak event of presentations and exhibitions of selected student works from all over Indonesia.
The success of growing with us is proof that Indonesian students have the capacity to give birth to innovative solutions and have a broad impact. From Surabaya, they inspired that major changes began with small steps that were sustainable, collaborative, and full of empathy.
Through this educational platform, Grow with US not only answers student academic challenges, but also builds collaborative ecosystems that empower fellow students to grow and develop together. This initiative also has a real impact in the academic and social life of students, encouraging independence, solidarity, and a culture of sharing sustainable knowledge in the campus and community environment.
