(FEB NEWS) Surabaya, Friday, September 26, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga received a benchmarking visit from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) of Walisongo State Islamic University (UIN) Semarang on Friday, September 26, 2025. The event took place in the Tirtodiningrat Hall on the second floor of the FEB UNAIR Main Building.

The FEBI UIN Walisongo delegation was led by Deputy Dean I, Dr. H. Mochamad Fauzi, and Deputy Dean III, Dr. H. Ahmad Furqon. Also in attendance were the Head of the Student Affairs Sub-Division, educational staff, and students from student organizations.

This visit aims to benchmark student organization governance. The group of guests was officially welcomed by the leadership of FEB UNAIR, namely Prof. Dr. Tika Widiastuti, SE., M.Si. as Vice Dean I, and Novrys Suhardianto, SE., MSA., Ak., Ph.D. as Vice Dean III. Also accompanying them were Muhammad Syaikh Rohman, SE., M.Ec. (Staff of Vice Dean I), Head of Student Affairs Subdivision, President of BEM FEB UNAIR, and several student organizations.

This meeting provided both parties with the opportunity to discuss and share experiences related to student organization management within the faculty. This benchmarking activity is expected to strengthen academic networks, improve governance, and provide positive inspiration for student development at both institutions.
