Surabaya, Tuesday, September 9, 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) received a visit from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Musamus University (FEB UNMUS) Merauke on Monday, September 9, 2025. The meeting took place in the Leadership Meeting Room, 1st Floor of the ABC Building, FEB UNAIR.

This visit was conducted as a benchmarking exercise aimed at improving the quality of academic management, institutional governance, and study program development. The presence of the FEB UNMUS delegation was part of an effort to strengthen inter-university networks in the field of higher education in economics and business in Indonesia.

The group of guests was welcomed directly by the Head of the Management Department of FEB UNAIR, Prof. Dr. Gancar Candra Premananto, and the Head of the Undergraduate Management Study Program of FEB UNAIR, Dr. Dien Mardhiyah, SE, M.Si. In a warm discussion atmosphere, both parties exchanged views on faculty governance, strategies for improving the quality of learning, and best practices that have been implemented in each institution.

Through this activity, FEB UNAIR affirms its commitment to continuously sharing experiences and knowledge, and encouraging academic collaboration with various universities in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results of this benchmarking will positively contribute to improving the quality of higher education, particularly in the fields of economics and business.

This step is in line with FEB UNAIR's contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially quality education with collaboration and sharing of good practices between universities as an important foundation in creating inclusive, competitive, and sustainable higher education.
