(Feb News) Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB Unair) expressed his appreciation and congratulations to Mr. Zaelani, FEB UNAIR alumni, for his appointment as Commissioner of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) in the Annual Shareholders' General Meeting (AGM) held on June 12, 2025.
Mr. Buyung Zaelani, SE is a graduate of economics from FEB Airlangga University who has carved an extraordinary career trail in the national strategic domain. Before being trusted as a commissioner at the Mind ID member company, he had served as the Special Staff of the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) for the 2020-2024 period, as well as the Main Secretary of the 2014-2020 BIN. In addition, he has also carried out the mandate as Commissioner of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) from 2012 to 2020.
The appointment of Mr. Zaelani as a commissioner of PTBA is a matter of pride for the Civitas Academica Feb Unair. His track record reflects the dedication, integrity, and strong leadership-the values that are an inseparable part of the spirit of the Excellence with Morality .
Hopefully the mandate carried out by Mr. Zaelani can bring progress to PT Bukit Asam and become an inspiration for students and alumni of FEB Unair to continue to work and make the best contribution to the nation.
