"Synergy with Heart", that is the theme raised at the FEB Airlangga University Organization Coordination Meeting (Ormawa) on March 18-19, 2023 which was held at the Ubaya Training Center (UTC) Trawas Mojokerto Regency.
A total of 24 Ormawa FEB Unair followed the coordination meeting, consisting of BEM, BLM, Access, Mosaic, KSPM, PKK, PKP, Webs, E-Radio, Sector, Kopma, Hima S1-S-S-S3 and also representatives of the Banyuwangi campus accounting student representatives.

The series of solid events have been waiting at the top of the UTC-Trawas, including:-Discussion of the work program of each Ormawa-The Synergy of Ormawa Proker Collaboration-Outbound Games "Leadership and Collaboration" by Mr. Afif Kurniawan, M.Psi, a psychologist with the team.
The 2 days of togetherness with the Dean's Head, the President of BEM FEB UNAIR, the Heads of UKMF and HIMA was very warm and collaborative.
