BEM News – The half-year contribution of the 2018 BEM FEB UNAIR Fighting Cabinet has passed. In order to improve the quality of service to FEB UNAIR students, the annual Grand Evaluation event was held on Sunday, September 2, 2018. The series of events began with the opening and remarks followed by the presentation of work programs from each department and bureau. A Q&A session was proposed to provide understanding. In addition, criticism and suggestions were also made constructive. After that, the event closed with awards to the best staff, secretaries and deputies.
The purpose of holding this event is to be able to identify and improve all the shortcomings of each department and bureau so that they are better and can also better apply the organization's operational standards, as well as help each other with other department's work programs so that a close relationship is created between the management of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga.
In this case, it is divided into several departments, each presenting its work program. As the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga continues to manage, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation activity to provide a means of introspection.
It is hoped that when this activity has been carried out, all organizational administrators will be able to better understand, comprehend and carry out the duties and obligations that have been mandated to them during their term of office with the aim of improving things in the future.
