On November 10, 2025, coinciding with the commemoration of Heroes' Day and the 71st Anniversary Universitas Airlangga, two lecturers from the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, successfully received awards at the 71st Anniversary Universitas Airlangga. This award is a form of appreciation for the dedication and achievements of lecturers in developing the tridharma of higher education, especially in the economic, social, and humanities fields.
On that occasion, Ms. Dian Ekowati, SE, M.Si., M.AppCom(OrgCh)., Ph.D. won the Outstanding 1 title in the Senior Lecturer category in the field of economics, social, and humanities. Meanwhile, Mr. Jovi Sulistiawan, SE, M.SM., Ph.D. won the Outstanding 1 title in the Junior Lecturer category in the same field.
This award is based on various academic performance indicators, including the Scopus H-Index, the number of internationally recognized publications, and success in obtaining research grants. Award recipients are judged for demonstrating consistency, dedication, and superior quality in research, scientific publications, and significant contributions to the development of management science at the national and international levels.
