Once again, MM FEB Unair has innovated its activities. Outbound activities, already a regular feature for new students at MM FEB Unair, have been given an innovative element while still aligning with Learning Outcomes. 

This outbound activity was different: it wasn't about team building, but about character building. The character being developed was that of a leader. Therefore, the games provided were aimed at identifying the leadership traits of the students. They also gave students a personality test to help them identify their personality type (S, K, M, or P). 

And interestingly, the new students are trained in archery, aiming at targets. This is a form of management activity, namely achieving goals based on skills, the tools used, and external factors.
