(FEB NEWS) The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) successfully held the “Inauguration: Appreciation of Outstanding Students 2024” event on Friday, December 6, 2024. The event, held by the Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Division together with the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB UNAIR, aims to appreciate the extraordinary achievements of students at the national and international levels. In his remarks, the Dean of FEB UNAIR, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., expressed his pride in all students who have made FEB UNAIR proud.

In 2024, FEB UNAIR successfully exceeded the national achievement target by winning 256 awards, while at the international level, 43 achievements were recorded. Dr. Wisnu Wibowo, Vice Dean I of FEB UNAIR, stated that this success was inseparable from the intensive mentoring program through the Student Achievement Assistance Center (P3M) and the strengthening of internal support such as incentives, achievement conversion in courses, and competition budget support.

This momentum was even more special with the presence of students' parents who shared their pride in their sons' and daughters' achievements. In the interview session, together with Angga Erlando, SE., M.Ec.Dev., as Head of P3M, and also Muhammad Syaikh Rohman, SE., M.Ec. – Staff of Vice Dean I FEB UNAIR.
As a tangible form of appreciation, FEB UNAIR provides financial appreciation of Rp400,000,000,- to all outstanding students in 2024. This award is expected to be an additional motivation for students to continue to be enthusiastic in achieving achievements and bringing the good name of FEB UNAIR in the national and international arena.
