(FEB NEWS) An inspirational figure for the younger generation, Andika Kaya (Accounting 2019) embodies a spirit of excellence and impact. Since his college days, Andika has been active as an FEB Ambassador in 2019 and an Universitas Airlangga Ambassador in 2021. He has also been active in the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB UNAIR, enriching his academic and leadership experiences.

Graduating with a perfect GPA of 4.00 and being named the Best Graduate Universitas Airlangga 2023, Andika has achieved various prestigious achievements, including 1st Place in the 2021 National Accounting Outstanding Student (APA Award) and a Gold Medal in the 2021 International Business Competition.

Now, at a young age, Andika is pursuing a career as a Distributor Manager at Nestlé Indonesia, continuing his professional career with a passion for leadership and contribution. He is also committed to giving back to the campus community by sharing his knowledge and experience so that more students can achieve.
