(FEB NEWS) November 10, 2022, is a special day for Universitas Airlangga, none other than, right on the day, commemorated as Heroes' Day, November 10 is also the birthday of Universitas Airlangga.
Yes, it has been 68 years since Universitas Airlangga was established, precisely on November 10, 2022. So many achievements have been made. Universitas Airlangga which previously ranked 465th in the world, now in 2023 is ranked 369th in the world, based on the QS World University Rankings (WUR), and recently, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya broke through the ranking of the 100 best universities in Asia according to the Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings (QS WUR), which is in the 81st position of the best campus in Asia. According to Prof. Nasih, it is the best gift for UNAIR on its 68th anniversary, "Of course, this achievement is also a special gift for the 68th anniversary of Unair".
Proud, that is what is felt by the entire academic community. Why not, because this pride belongs to all the academic community Universitas Airlangga , who with enthusiasm, united in harmony, move forward, in contributing to achieving common dreams.
On that special day, the Rector Universitas Airlangga – Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih, SE., MT., Ak., expressed his hope that in its 68th year, UNAIR can continue to contribute to humanity “continue to provide the best by providing benefits, especially for humanity”. The contribution given by the UNAIR academic community according to Prof. Nasih, will be able to produce goodness in the future, “what you do is an investment for the afterlife”. Prof. Nasih also expressed his gratitude for all the participation and best contributions that have been given to Universitas Airlangga.
That special day was certainly also a special day for the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga . On that special day, the Rector of UNAIR also presented several awards to the academic community, one of which was the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR). On that special day, FEB UNAIR received many awards from Universitas Airlangga .
