At Universitas AirlanggaAnniversary event, the name of the FEB Unair Management team resurfaced, with the announcement of the Exemplary Lecturer in Social and Humanities on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Dr. Gancar C. Premananto received recognition as Exemplary Lecturer II in the announcement. The process of determining the Exemplary Lecturer includes submitting a portfolio of activities for one year, followed by an interview with Universitas AirlanggaHR department.

Gancar submitted his portfolio, including published articles in Q2, Q3, and WoS journals; 3 books; intellectual property rights; national awards; active participation as a speaker at seminars and training events; the digiseminar.id application; and positive exposure from various media outlets. Hopefully, this will contribute to the Management academic community of FEB Unair.
