Learning outcomes of the course unit

After completing the Introduction to Management course, the students are expected to be able to increase their knowledge and understanding of the historical foundations of management, management of the new work environment, organizational environment and culture, global environmental management, organizational planning, goal setting and strategy formulation, managerial decision making, organizing basics, human resource management, the basis of behavior and motivation in organizations and control functions in organizations.
